General Overview Welcome to the In Heaven at Home website (www.inheavenathome.com) Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website, by email or by telephone with In Heaven at Home Ltd, 30 High Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7NL. Registered VAT Number 152 1416 48.
The intention of these Terms and Conditions is to cover all the legal small print to protect you as our valued customer and our business. By using this website you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Order Processing
Orders placed on the website are sent to our secure website order processing terminal in the shop.
Orders will usually be:
- Processed, picked and packaged within 1 working day from receipt of order
- Despatched within 2 working days from receipt of order
- Delivered by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD or Hermes and will be tracked with a signature required on delivery
- Standard delivery is 3 to 5 days from date of despatch
If, for any reason, your order cannot be completed you will be contacted by email within 24 hours of your order being placed and will be offered e revised delivery date or an alternative product. If this is not suitable a refund will be processed within 2 working days.
Pricing
At some times prices and promotional offers on our website may vary to those prices and promotional offers available in store. These prices and promotional offers are mutually exclusive and we are not obliged to match in store pricing or offers to the website or vice-versa.
All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the standard applicable rate (currently 20%) but exclusive of delivery charges which will be shown in advance of the order being placed.
Product Information
We do our very best to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, sometimes due to the handmade nature of some of our ranges (which adds to their uniqueness) there can be a slight variation in colour or finish. For example this can be particularly applicable to wood or hand blown glass. Also technical differences between different models of PC monitor, tablets and mobile screens can portray colours differently.
If you have any questions about the exact colour or finish of a product please contact us directly either by email (sales@inheavenathome.com) or at the shop on 01858 467075 during working hours and we will endeavour to help clarify.
Order Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Solo.
We do not accept Diners or Amex.
In placing an order you are stating that all details provided are true and that the card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the full payment of the order placed.
Payments must be authorised by your card issuer and will only proceed with a valid card payment in the name of the registered card holder.
Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by yourself on the order form and will detail the items ordered, payment method, full cost of products ordered including VAT and delivery charges.
Please check this email confirmation on receipt very carefully and advise us immediately if anything is incorrect.
If for any reason we are not able to accept/process your order we will contact you by email to explain the reason.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of In Heaven at Home Ltd until full and final payment had been made and received.
Delivery of Goods
Once your order is successfully placed you will receive a confirmation email which will also detail expected estimated delivery time.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with all goods purchased.
If an item is faulty please advise by email with 24 hours of receipt including photographs of the fault so that we can resolve the matter.
For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange any beauty or jewellery products unless they are faulty and all items must be returned complete with all accessories and packaging as supplied.
Returns can be made by post or through the shop.

Security
We take your security and that of your personal information very seriously.
We use one of the leading industry internet payment companies Payment Express to protect your personal and card details from fraud. Payment Express have a dedicated and purpose built development and data centre, especially designed for payment processing with state of the art bank grade security and infrastructure and are fully certified compliant at processor level. All sensitive information is encrypted with the 3DES protocol.
Encryption and Data Storage
- All data is SSL encrypted with the Payment Express secure environment providing the same level of encryption security as online banking portals
- Payment Express does not have access to or keep any record of your personal information during this transactional process
- No 3rd party software is downloaded to your computer
- This same level of security applies to the millions of credit and debit card transactions processed by Payment Express every day.
Privacy Policy and Data Collection
Your privacy is very important to us and we promise to hold and keep it according to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).
We will never sell or pass your information to any other company unless you have specifically told us you are happy for us to do so.
We do of course collect information in order to process your order, manage your account, and if you give us permission to do so email you about special offers or promotions which we think may be of interest to you.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time via the tab at the bottom of our email newsletter.
Information we might collect for includes your name, email address, company name, IP address and information about pages you visit.
In order to complete deliveries we share your name, delivery address and telephone contact details with our delivery companies. This will only be used for the purpose of delivery of your order or contacting you in the process of delivery.
